Order Cancellation
Order cancellations must be initiated by the merchant only. The payment gateway provider is not responsible for handling cancellation requests.

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation of a customer’s order is strictly subject to the merchant’s own cancellation policy.

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the same bank account used to make the original payment.

Refund Timeline
Refund processing may take up to 3 business days. Customers are responsible for following up with their bank in case of any delays in receiving the refunded amount.

Customer Contact
Customers using the payment gateway must ensure they are reachable on their registered contact numbers.

Card Ownership
The cards used to place orders through the online payment gateway must be owned by the user. If not, the user must have legal authorization from the cardholder to complete the transaction.

Customer Responsibility
The customer assumes full responsibility when placing any order using the payment gateway after carefully reading and agreeing to all the terms and conditions.
